Called itself Polymarket’s Sports Community Lead. The result images it posts show almost only wins; its accounts lost money.

  • Showed wins more than losses
  • Paid by apps it promoted
  • Several accounts
  • Tested: no two-sided betting

@gusik4ever posts result cards, near-certain bets and app tips. Its six wallets lost about $5,300, while its result images show almost only winners. Wallets attributed to apps it praised paid the address its accounts cash out to; its posts did not say so. It said openly that it has a second account and that it loses.

In fairness

It said in public that it has a second account and that it loses: ‘this is my main account, and yeah, it’s in the red right now’.

Betting on both sides was checked; its accounts did not bet against each other.

  4. 4On 2026-05-01 it posted ‘i made $1,000+ on Polymarket Sports in 8 days’ on a new account. That was true. Eleven days later the account was $724 down; no X post showed it again.

  5. 5Wallets attributed to Firefly, DG3 and PolyHelper paid $2,350 to the address its accounts cash out to. Its posts praising these apps never said an app paid. What the money was for is unknown.

Its Firefly post of 2026-05-29. It does mention ‘$300 social rewards (for posting)’.

my friend asked me to save his Polymarket deposit because he tends to enter positions impulsively and on emotions > 04.01.26: he had $298 on the account and PNL -$513 > 04.08: $896 on the account and PNL +$107 looks like i got the job done took me 7 days, Polymarket, tennis, and a clear strategy lesson of the week: don’t be like my friend, but have friends like mine haha

Everything that must be said with these points

  • These are general statements; none is a label on an individual promotional post, and none says that a given app paid.
  • The same handle also set a standard that the record is measured against elsewhere: ‘I always talk about what I use myself’ (2026-04-05) and ‘not theory, not takes, just real decisions, real trades, real results’ (2026-04-08); none of its accounts has a fill carrying Firefly’s or DG3’s app code.
  • It wrote ‘nfa’ or ‘dyor’ in 85 X posts and 65 Telegram posts.
  • The loss statements give no amounts; the amounts are given with its results.
  • The handle said in words that it loses, more than once: ‘this is my main account, and yeah, it’s in the red right now’ (2025-11-11, when the linked profile stood at about -72 dollars), ‘of course i’ve had losing picks too ... i’ve had to rebuild my deposit twice’ (2026-01-26), ‘i blew up twice’ (2026-01-27), ‘I post a lot of screenshots with profits, but that’s only the tip of the iceberg ... plenty of losses along the way’ (2026-07-19).
  • Its Telegram channel marked missed picks with crosses and once showed a large loss with its figure while the position was open (Travaglia at -424.09 on 2026-05-04; it ended at -539.44). What was not posted on X is the amounts.
  • No deleted losing slip was found.
  • The visible profile shows its loss: Polymarket’s profit figure for lolxdkek is -3,205.29, public on its profile.
  • ‘≈ $700’ is the before-fee figure the Bagel app shows.
  • The statements about the ‘new acc’ were true or close when made: Polymarket’s profit series for iluvdubnation reads +1,357.96 at the post of 2026-05-01 (‘$1,000+ in 8 days’) and +1,510.73 at the reply of 2026-04-28 (‘+$2k for now’; the series had peaked at +2,169.64 the evening before); the account ended at -724.20.
  • The closed-positions list of lostnpeace and iluvdubnation sums to +4,413.95 and +2,419.83 because Polymarket leaves unredeemed losers out of that list for every account; nobody is shown to have cited it.
  • The count of shown positions depends on the reading of the images (172 to 186 winners) and on the images kept in the record (90% of the handle’s posts are in the table). Polymarket’s profit chart leaves fees out and sums to about -4,350 for the five accounts (chart values read on 2026-10-02, not a rebuilt result).
  • Posting wins more often than losses is a common habit; this states the pattern, not an intent.
  • The figures include a 4.92-dollar position of the Bagel wallet that resolved as a loss at 2026-10-01 12:14:42 UTC, before the cut-off; one position (cost 5.18) was still open.
  • The Korda bet was not posted as a call, so nobody was told to take it.
  • The posts said ‘low-risk, high-probability’, not risk-free.
  • Two further unposted bets of the series won (+39.02, +40.67).
  • The handle had written in January that it had rebuilt its deposit twice, and on 2026-05-26 it wrote ‘doesn’t matter how safe the odds look, anything can happen’.
  • Absence is judged on the public posts in the data; subscriber-only posts cannot be seen.
  • An account that was simply given up after a bad loss fits the record; this states only that the series was shown while it won.
  • The record cannot show whose money was in the account: someone can trade a friend’s deposit through their own profile, and the improvement over that week was real (-513.03 to +107.12).
  • Either way one of the two presentations is inaccurate: the same account’s results were shown as the handle’s own and as a friend’s within days.
  • The four earlier versions deleted within 26 minutes differ only in the date format and a typing error; they are edits, not retractions.
  • No reply of the handle in the following three days says whose account it is.
  • The channel did show one of the two losses of 4 May: a photo of the Travaglia position at -$424.09 with the words ‘a good reminder to manage your size more carefully’, fourteen minutes after a message ‘sold Travaglia’.
  • The withdrawal on the screenshot of 4 May (3,002.00) was real, made on 2026-04-27, when the account had paid out 397.97 more than had been paid in; so ‘withdrew with profit’ was true of the week before. ‘Keep just $150’ matches no balance: the account held 0.10 dollars and received 1,035.13 the next morning.
  • Those channel messages had 100 to 120 views. The record does not show who followed a pick; no loss of a follower is stated.
  • The Sinner post of 2026-04-28 (‘I placed $10,675 to win $156 ... It feels like a free money’) describes a real position that won 139.53; the 9,292.30 that paid for it arrived 78 seconds before the buy and 9,300.00 left 162 seconds after the sale, to the exchange address the other accounts use, and the same sum went in and out twice more that day. That is the holder moving its own money in for single bets: context, not misconduct.
  • The ‘new acc’ was shown openly as the handle’s account, and the handle’s reply of 2026-04-28 (‘+$2k for now’) was close to the account’s chart at that moment (+1,510.73).
  • The limit of the test: an opposite position on another venue or in an account that was not found would not be seen.
  • Four of the ten cases pair the Bagel wallet with the Polysights-card wallet, with 5.21 to 15.44 dollars on the other outcome; the three largest cases made money together (+371.26, +7.03) or lost 1.31.
  • Buying the same side minutes apart fits one operator and fits equally accounts that follow the same calls: the handle’s wallets and the sponsor-side accounts, which are not the handle’s, did so in 25 of 80 shared markets (31.3%).
  • The same-side figure is for nearest buys; by first buys it is 42.3% against 4 to 5% for unrelated pairs.
  • No rate of size-matched opposite pairs for unrelated accounts can be set against the handle’s zero: that rate runs from 6 to 374 per 1,000 with the way the rule is applied, and 137 markets are too few.
  • Inside single accounts both outcomes of one market were bought in 53 cases (11,460.05 dollars, -754.52 together), which is trading in and out, not a hedge across accounts.
  • What the payments were for is not on chain, and being paid by an app is ordinary (rule 4a); the conduct stated is the promotion presented as the handle’s own exploration with no word of payment.
  • The Firefly post itself lists ‘$300 social rewards (for posting)’ and carries a campaign link with a tracking id; the DG3 posts carry a code and a personalised link, and DG3 publishes a referral programme paid in USDT on Polygon; so a reader could see a commercial tie, though not a payment.
  • @0xd1namit posted in public that the handle was using the app on stream (‘Thanks for going through all our sports features!’), and the 500 USDC arrived 154 minutes before the World Cup final watchalong of 2026-07-19, which promised ‘gifts and money for everyone in the chaaaaat’: part of it may have been prize money passed on; what was said on the streams was not read.
  • X’s paid-partnership label can be read only from 2026-08-09, after all of these posts: their text carries no words of disclosure; whether X’s label was set cannot be read.
  • In September 2025 the handle listed its blog and ads and KOL programmes among its sources of income, and on 2026-04-24 it called itself a Polymarket affiliate; general statements, not labels on these posts.
  • Who holds the exchange account is not on chain; the tie is the declared withdrawals of four accounts and the deposits of the wallet named gusik4ever.eth.
  • The Firefly attribution of the paying wallet is strong, not proven: the one declared route from Firefly’s profile to its hub’s funder postdates the payments.
  • Three five-dollar trades of the lolxdkek profile carry PolyHelper’s code (18 and 19 July 2026); use of Firefly or DG3 through a wallet that was not found cannot be excluded.
