Urged readers to copy a bot after a claimed $25 became $12,420. The examples omitted the other side of the trades.

  • Misleading return claim

The post described roughly $25 becoming $12,420 in one trade and invited readers to copy through a referral link. Its video showed the same paired weather positions. Their complete cash gains were about $4,113 for Chicago and $837 for Tokyo before gas.

In fairness

The trader made money. The screenshots are real, and cumulative purchases are not the amount tied up all at once.

Misunderstanding remains possible. Link earnings, paid promotion and deliberate deception are not established.

What the record shows

  1. 1The post described a bot turning $25 into $12,420 in one trade, then linked to a copy-trading bot with a referral code.

A frame from the handle’s own posted video names the Chicago and Tokyo markets.

    • Frame from the video @slash1sol posted (9 seconds)
  2. 2The video shows Chicago and Tokyo result rows. Tokyo’s full position cost about $24,593 across repeated buys of both outcomes and made about $837 before gas. The tiny-stake headline leaves those purchases out.

  3. 3The $12,420 headline does not exactly match either displayed row. Both visible examples were profitable paired trades, rather than the standalone $25 return described to readers.

Everything that must be said with these points

  • The displayed rows are authentic interface figures, not fabricated screenshots. Their allocated proceeds cannot be treated as the return on an isolated $25 investment.
  • ColdMath’s paired trades were profitable. This concerns the promoters’ presentation, not wrongdoing by the trader; no direction, payment or coordination by the trader is established.
  • Gross cumulative buys are not peak simultaneous capital and must not become a precise ROI denominator. ‘Spent across repeated buys’ is accurate; ‘risked all at once’ is not.
  • Bober’s headline closely matches the Chicago row. Slash’s $12,420 headline is approximate and does not exactly equal either visible UI amount; both named rows appear in its own video. Do not claim an exclusive exact numerical match for Slash.
  • Bober’s link contains the Polymarket r parameter; Slash’s profile link contains via and its copy-bot link contains start=ref_slash1sol. These are referral-tagged links, not proof of code ownership, earnings, clicks or paid promotion.
  • A misunderstanding of the interface remains possible. Neither knowledge nor intent is established, and paid-partnership label state is not determinable for these April posts.
  • The negative No-side interface rows are allocations within a profitable paired strategy, not standalone evidence of overall trading losses. Use complete condition cash, and qualify it as before gas.
